Applications Open for Master of Water Resources
Sunday, 28 September, 2008
Enrolments have opened for the new Water Planning stream of ICE WaRM’s award-winning nested Master of Water Resources Management programme, which will be available at ICE WaRM’s partner universities from the first semester of next year.
As well as through the conventional full-time internal mode, the Water Planning programme will be available to students in regional areas through distance study – meeting the demand for flexible delivery using the ICE WaRM student portal.
The course content has been developed by ICE WaRM partners in association with the National Water Commission. Domestic scholarships are being offered for students in regional areas who want to enrol in the Water Planning course.
The award-winning Master of Water Resources Management programme also is being offered more flexibly.
ICE WaRM is redeveloping the core Water Resources Management courses to include Climate Change Adaptation Skills, through a grant from the Department of Climate Change’s Climate Change Adaptation Skills for Professionals Small Grants Programme.
The new material will be introduced over the next two years.
