ICE WaRM has a new owner

ICE WaRM will continue its’ collaborative capacity development in water resources management for sustainability and economic development in collaboration with eWater Ltd., home of Australia’s National Hydrological Modelling Platforms.
“I am delighted that ICE WaRM’s 15 years of experience and our international connections will live on under this new arrangement,” said former Managing Director Darryl Day.
ICE WaRM, the International Centre for Excellence in Water Resource Management, built up a significant network of partners across Asia and especially in India and eWater is keen to build on these partnerships. There are good synergies between ICE WaRM and eWater and I am sure the new structure, consolidating leading internationally leading organisations, will strengthen Australia’s efforts to support water security in the region, and globally” he said.
ICE WaRM’s reputation for building capacity in water agencies across the region will be enhanced with eWater’s experience in practical modelling and technical services.
Former DFAT water programs manager, Russell Rollason AM will be the Executive Manager for ICE WaRM, and Trudy Green will manage partnerships.
