Second Nepal Student Wins International Scholarship

The second Nepalese student to win an ICE WaRM international scholarship has started studying in Australia.

Manoj Kumar Shrestha has enrolled in the Master of Water Resources Management programme at the University of Adelaide and also is undertaking cross-institutional studies at the University of South Australia.

He follows in the footsteps of the first Nepalese student to win one of the coveted scholarships,
Sanjina Upadhyay, who came to Australia under the scheme last year.

ICE WaRM’s international scholarships attract high-quality students from around the world and offer award-winning courses in water resources management and related issues.

The courses are offered at ICE WaRM’s partner universities – the University of Adelaide, CQUniversity in Queensland, the University of South Australia and Flinders University in South Australia.
